Enquiry forms collect the name, phone number, email address, and visit details you type. Newsletter signup collects an email address. Payment requests, when enabled, also store a phone number, amount, and status.
Creating an account stores your name, email, phone number, and a hashed password. Public signup creates a guest account. A desk account is issued separately and can open the request queue. The site keeps a login session in a cookie so a guest profile can list requests made with that account, or with the same email or phone.
Those records are used to reply to you, hold a requested booking, and, when configured, notify the reservations desk. They are not sold from this website.
A hidden field on the forms is used to reject automated submissions. Public forms are also rate limited.
Payment status becomes successful, failed, or cancelled only after a signed provider webhook. The page you submit does not decide that a payment succeeded.
