A proposal, table request, pool pass, lesson, wellness session, or stay enquiry is received for the reservations desk. It does not hold a venue, table, cottage, or instructor until the resort confirms it.
Dates can be unavailable. Headcount, catering, and add-ons in a proposal are a brief, not a quote. Outside catering is arranged only after the desk accepts the brief.
Prices on the dining menu come from the printed boards. Pool, wellness, and accommodation prices are confirmed before any payment. Do not send money from a message that did not come from the resort's own desk.
If online payment is offered later, a charge is complete only when the payment provider notifies this website. A spinner or a thank-you page is not proof of payment.
